It is in the nature of all zealots to take their religion to its most base level. Christianity can match Islam butthead-for-butthead any day of the week, and twice on Sundays. Religiously obsessed people are, at their very core, scared, angry, stupid, hateful, and violent people. The only thing that stops them from committing mass-murder on a societal scale is opportunity.
America has its share, like the KKK, neo-Nazis, right-wing whackos like Timothy McVeigh, but historically, the fact that the US was founded as a secular government has, for the most part, kept the violent tendencies of the American religious-right in check.
The only reason America’s scum Christians are not exactly the same as Islam’s scum Muslims is that they do not have the political or military strength they so desperately want. George Bush is doing everything in his power to let them through the door, although in his defense, he is too stupid and unaware to be a willing accomplice.
Be assured, there is an ideological war struggling to be a full-blown blood war all around us.
What can you do but sit back, relax, get some beer, and watch the tube:
Don’t miss Mohammed vs. Jesus on Pay-per-View, coming soon through your local cable television system.

Fanatic religious is is good because there is real dedication to beliefs. However, there are some that exceed this fanaticism to some extent of killing or sowing violence just to make their point and this what makes a bad image on this radicalism. Thus, people must do what is moral and good without using any violence to express their beliefs.

They have no sense of IRONY!
Take the Pope the other day....and his bit of banter the other day.
He ruffled a few feathers and all the Muslim Clerics had a bit of a laugh and smile hidden behind their beards. But they got their appology you know?
It was all tongue in cheek stuff........a bit of a HOOT!
But did the fanatics get it?
Did they like the Sane people get it?

I am an anti-fanatic fanatic.
All kind of fanaticism is terribly dangerous, but religious fanaticism is the worst, because it is supported by a fallacy: to believe they are really following God commands.
Acting in name of god they Will kill and die in His name.
Terrible.

My Mum had Irish Catholic back ground and I was bought up as such and went to a covent school - and I hated the whole religious stuff. She used to send prayer cards to ppl who didn;t want them and light candles and stuff. God never worked for me. Let everyone make their own mind up that's what I say.

Islamic or Christian terrorism is not acceptable and is not a solution to any problem. Osama and Bush must not be allowed to continue the killing of innocent people for a religious agenda.
