employment status, if they don't work how can they pay the rent. honesty, can you trust this person to be left alone with your stuff and not to bring low lifes to your place. compatibility, the first two don't mean a whole lot if you can't get along with the person. I read somewhere that strangers make better roommates than friends. Hope this helped you.

what are their hobbies, alot of friends over what kind some like to steal. um how they are are they up all nigh drinking. um and how clean. how much they make are they reliable on bills, attitude because it can change. loyal to other peoples relationships.
