This not the answer that you want to hear because I hated it when my doctor told me this. Stop getting older! Our eyesight is an everchanging process throughtout our lifetime. Right now I am approaching 50 and my eyes are actually getting better at seeing really far away. But up close where I am and really need it the most it seems to be getting worse. I just got the dreaded bifocals. Hate them. But I hate not seeing worse. Sorry it's not the answer that you are looking for but unless you have some sort of disease with your eyes that can be corrected that is the best that I can give you.

Research has shown that the Chinese Ningxia Wolfberry has the ability to reverse numerous eye conditions such as glaucoma, cataracts and macular degeneration. You may want to research it on the net.
One us company that sells it is located near Mona Utah.
It has caused my eyesight which was weakening to improve. Now I can read fine print, even in color in ordinary light and in some cases in darker light conditions. I use less powerful magnifier glasses now.
1/3 cup per day keeps the blood levels high with zeanthin which is more important than lutein for improving eyesight. Can handle bright light better too.

Its not a matter of what herb u can use. U need an optometrist. If u dont see a specialist then your eyes can get worse.
