because we are always bombarded with many options and choices that can be difficult to decide upon ourselves and those that we affect by such decisions.

Why? Because most of us have places to go, people to see, problems to solve and choices to make....
Oh, and this is a *good* thing, this confusion is, by the way.
It means people can still *think*, that they can still *learn*, that they are *not* just stuck in one mode or one way of living, and that their only tool is *not* a hammer.
On an intellectual level, being confused is proof that your brain is intact: It isn't usually pleasant, ok, but I'd be more worried where it is absent. The fact that folks are confused means that the lights are *on* and people are actually there in the moment.
I mean, how many folks complain about their spinal cords being intact and working? They don't....except indirectly, when they talk about pain, which is a sign actually that the nerves *work*.
Same thing with confusion. Confusion is nothing more nor less than a symptom of having a functional BRAIN. Deal. :)
Thanks for your time, and my apologies if I wasn't clear. (or if I was too clear by way of repetition, redundancy, and such)

That's a very vague question. Confused about what? Well, to give a broad answer it is probably cause they are having trouble accessing the memory part of thier brain, or something like that. I just don't really know what you are asking. Well, also if someone is trying to learn something they will get confused because they can't grasp it or they can't store it correctly. Don't really know what else you want.

Maybe you perceive people as always being confused because you are always dazed? You are making a generalized assumption and have not explained the basis for the assumption.

There are some people that are more secure when they are confused. They think that this will keep them from being in trouble or will allow them to be passed by.They make it their world and do not want to know the correct answers so this makes their fellings the correct feelings.

B/c usually our minds are telling us one thing while our hearts are telling us another. B/c even though we know something is wrong for us, there's still a desire to do it anyway & sometimes desire is a strong feeling so we end up allowing ourselves to be back in a 'wrong' situation again b/c we bend our own rules to suit ourselves. It's always on your shoulder though..."you know
better! It's just going to happen again! why keep doing this to yourself?" But turn & block it to suit what we can't stop wanting & feeling. Therefore leading to CONFUSED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHAT TO DO?! WHAT TO DO?!
