I am not sure about an actual percent..I'm pretty sure they don't have exact numbers on that, haha. But it's not good. That's not to say it isn't possible, but there are just so many things that can come up. People change. They go in different directions. If you go to different colleges, it can be pretty hard, especially if they are a good distance away. Then, after college, staying together is tough if you get jobs in different areas.
Still, don't think that it is hopeless. People do stay together. I'm still going out with my girlfriend from high school, albeit it has only been 2 years. She has gone to two different universities already, neither of which is mine, haha. But you can find ways to make things work.

I'm not sure myself about the percent but I am also one of the married high school sweet hearts. We have been together for 10 years. Its been a challenge but well worth it.I think its great because we know each other inside and out and the attraction is still there. I think the key is friends first then lovers!

very little i will say. the gap between the end of high school and work generally drift them apart. and only little find true love in hiighschool and we usually get married to the one we love and not our flirt

my sister met her husband when she was around 14. she is 62 now and they are still together.
