the main difference is push straight on the face even more hurts than slap on the face.it means that you did not slap him but he is felt that he is being slapped.this can be put through strong words that would hurt the oter person ver badly i meant mentally.a slap on the face would mean like slapping on the face.

A push is when you touch the face before starting to exert a force on it. Whereas a slap is when you are already exerting a force in your arm and then swing your palm towards the face.

hey, it depends on the situation. If u ask difference then it will be desided only by the person who got push/slap..

push will be normally for an unknown person, if you knw that the person wont hit you back then you can slap him straight on face..

A slap to me would be meant for a little bit of pain and a push would be like a pat.

a push on the face is more like, get out of my way, your stupid, i dont want to see you again face. and a slap on the face is more like, you cheated on me and now i am pissed at you thing

Nothing. Both are Assault or Battery. The definition of battery is to touch someone in a rude, angry, or insolate manner.
