i need to build a machine that can travel on land and sea that wont make any lasting marks on the environment. any ideas?

Hovercraft - it moves on a cushion of air generated by downward blowing fans which are trapped within its rubber skirts.

It would have to be powered by something that is abundant in our environment. Other than that, I think a machine like that is impossible to engineer

A boat with wheels.
In watet wheels are not working where as on road wheels are workins.
And make sure to make "wide" wheels.
