Maybe Paris is where babies are made because they are having sex there, they certainly aren't doing it in the U.S.

I have never heard that they are specifically related to Paris. Stork mythology is found among the ancient Egyptians. Here is a good link:

Because people in Paris are very Good looking and therefore have allot of sex. Because of this, they have allot of babies and so have some left over for the rest of us. thank you.

oh my god, she collects babies too? i thought it was just tiny dogs and other animals. at least she's finding them good homes by giving them to the stork!
