I would like to continue my Ayurvedic education in India and I was wondering if anyone knew any good universities. I know English, Hindi, and Gujarati. Although I prefer to study in English. If you know any good B.A.M.S. programs or even graduate level programs, please let me know.

Benaras Hindu University, Varanasi is reputed for its degree in Ayurvedic medicine.
Try that out, but I think that they are quite competitive in their screening procedure... but you might make it through!
