You "might" be able to accomplish this by making use of two items. First you'll need a cell phone-syncing software and cord so that you can connect you phone to your computer. Then you will want to make use of a data recovery application. Personally, I make use of StompSoft's Recover Lost Data. Anyway, you should be able to use the software to retrieve the lost data that is synced to your computer via the cell phone-syncing software and cord.

R-Studio is a family of powerful and cost-effective undelete and data recovery software. Empowered by the new unique data recovery technologies, it is the most comprehensive data recovery solution for recovery files from FAT12/16/32, NTFS, NTFS5 (created or updated by Windows 2000/XP/2003), Ext2FS/Ext3FS (LINUX file systems) and UFS1/UFS2 (FreeBSD/OpenBSD/NetBSD file systems) partitions. It functions on local and network disks, even if such partitions are formatted, damaged or deleted. Flexible parameter settings give you absolute control over data recovery

No way. Had it been a PC, you could have gone to recycle bin and restored the deleted information.

The data will not be deleted completely. It can be visible by using special software. This type of software can also be used for computers for the data that is deleted from recycle bin also. I do not remmber it's name. Please use any search engine.

If you delete the information from your Recycle bin then there is no way to get it back. Otherwise you can recover it from your Recycle bin.
