put the pillow in an oversized pillowcase and tie the end up
put it in the washer on gentle cycle with a quart of vinegar and run it threw it's cycle
put it in the dryer on a low heat setting, every 5 minutes take the pillow out and fluff it, put it back in the dryer repeat untill dry
do not dry clean the pillow the chemicals will interact with the urine and ruin it

Is the urine human? I'd get a new pillow, there not expensive.
