Well, if she's missed her period 3 TIMES in a row, NO. She has to be pregnant. If she were to miss it on occasion, there would be several reasons why she would have missed it. So, congratulations!
But, if you're going to be parent's, start being responsible and get her to the doctor ASAP. Not when she's like 9 months pregnant. OK? If you couldn't get a home pregnancy test, and you haven't gotten into the doctors, how do you expect to be good parent's?! What you do and EVERYTHING you do affects you child in every way, shape and form. Start thinking about that NOW.
Get her to the doctors. OK? Do you plan on keeping this baby? If she's missed her period 3 months in a row, I suspect she's about 12 weeks pregnant, which is too late for an abortion. And that's only if you believe in them, but it's too late for that now. You're only other alternative would be adoption. So, starting thinking about your options. Having a child is a lot of responsibility. And if you're not ready, you better speak up now or forever hold your peace. Good luck!!

I think the most likely reason is pregnancy, but there are other reasons. Is she run down and not in good physical condition? This can cause periods to be missed. Is she extremly thin as too much weight loss can also result in missed cycles. The best thing she can do is either get a prenancy test or go see her doctor.

Are you for real? You can home pg test at any drugstore and Walmart. What's this about not being able to get one yet? R U In Timbuktu?
She's pregnant dude, you knocked her up. What did you expect was going to happen, hunh?

But just to save your insanity for a while, yes, some girls have false pregnancy , some girls experience a shock to their system upon first intercourse, causing them to miss, and hormones can run amok, and cause a late period. but I don't think a girl with a regular cycle is going to miss 3 unless she's pregnant.

Well maybe there is something wrong with her ... stress, hormonal changes, weight loss/gain can cause delayed periods but 3 months is still long.... Has she had any morning sickness..throwing up? Get the pregnancy test now.

While it is most likely that she is pregnant another reason that a girl will not have her period is if she is heavily involved in sports/exercise and she is not eating enough to have the energy that she needs to work out so her period stops. If this is the case then she is in danger of developing weak boned and she needs to eat more calories.

Stress can do it. When I was working, going to school, and had a family I think my body was in over drive, so I did not have a period for about six months and when everything calmed down it came back on track.

Why haven't you been able to get a home pregnancy test? They are only a couple bucks from the store, I would highly recommend getting one, especially if you had unprotected sex. There's not much chance it could be anything else.

If she's stressed out and taking birth control it would cause her to miss a period. If she's not on birth control than congradulations you're going to be a daddy.

She should go to seek the help of a doctor. She might have something else going on. I would play it safe. That way she will know if there is something else wrong, or she will find out if she is pregnant.Good Luck either way.
