1. Is it possible to do line drawings with Photoshop?
2. What tool to use to draw for example an "eye" shape, since the circle shape does only an oval?

compy noob trying to achieve a state of Bookishness.- I find Bookish very interesting when they are at work .. sometimes I just wish i could use a "scanner" to see how their brain works... oops sorry ...rambling

Draw it in powerpoint and save it as a jpg. Then open it in Photoshop.

I draw a lot of artwork in Photoshop. However, you can find brushes on the internet that are already predefined eyes. Look up Photoshop Brushes in Google/Yahoo.

I also have a Intuos 3 Wacon tablet, so it's a lot easier for me. :)

try holding control as you use the circle tool. it will keep it from going oval.

also, try the shape tool
