meaning..... if your trying to find someone, when would u seperate yourself from being a regular person to being a stalker or being obsessed with someone? when u just want to re-establish contact with them/ or maybe more?

If the break-off was because they're not interested in further communication then no need to contact them further.
If the relationship was good and there's a valid reason for the lost contact then a brief attempt to re-establish contact is okay.

well you couldn't be a stalker unless you knew where this person lived or worked and you followed this person around without him/her knowing so..that would be stalker for sure. But if you're using resources to help locate this person and get a number and left a message but didn't hear back then I would back off.
