Yes Grandma.... good old Nepotism. But today it's better known as politics. Legislators and Senitors are great for getting jobs for their friends kids in state positions which is the easist and most common place where it is most likely to happen in this day and age. They'll do anything for votes these days. That's another of the reason I see that all professional politicians should be voted out of office.
