It can have multiple meanings but it generally is in reference to your mouth/teeth or face. It comes from the resemblance of the front of a car being similar to a face: the grille is the "mouth" of the car.
It is also jewelry. Grills are cosmetic dental pieces made of precious metals with jewel inlays and most often worn over the teeth ("slip ons")

Yeah, jewelry for your teeth. A lot of rappers like to get gold, silver, and jewel encrusted grills. They just fit over the teeth and can be taken out.

its jewlrey for the teeth and i have to say the most discusting thing ever. ts just nasty, think of all the food that might get stuck in them . almost like having braces. im pretty sure they dont take them off for the food

a grill is a piece of jewelry that fits over your teeth, it is made with precious metals, and usually diamonds. some wear them on the top, or the bottom, and some wear them on both. they just fit over the teeth, and are easy to take out too. i think they look wierd, but some like them

okay, where have you been. a grill is blingage in the mouth - gold teeth, for example. but it can be anything - gold, silver, platinum, and even have jewel insets like diamonds
