You don't get out much, do you? The only suggestion is to earn 20 million and pay taxes on it for a yield of 10 million after paying said tax.

If you were serious then I would suggest you move to a tax 'haven' such Dubai, Vanauatu, Cayman Islands etc.
This way you can live the life of luxury with never having to pay a cent in income tax. However you must be warned that those countries tend to make up for it by having huge prices in other items - they have to get income from somewhere to pay for the infrastructure.
The only places this would differ are countries where there is huge oil wealth and then everything is subsidised by the country!

seriously - for that kind of money you need to be smart and lucky AND take some risks - start a successful business typically - I'm assuming here that you (A) want legal approaches, (B) something somewhat predictable (not 'look under that tree and find $10 million'), and (C) will settle for $10 million of after tax money
