My boy friend is having the problem of phymosis(penis fylly covered by foreskin) he is having a very small opening at the penis tip which is about 3 mm only..

Perhaps he could visit the urologist to have a check on the needs to have a circumcision. Even if its circumcision, it can be done within a day. however, its always best to check with the doctor to see if circumcision is necessary or not. The doctor's advise is the better option.

Well chances are that it`s not necessary. Consult a good urology's and ask him how the situation could be solved without a circumcision. He`ll probably have to cut the skin a bit, but not cut it off entirely.

Do not worry even if it is you yourself suffering from the problem,
Use neospirin ( mild eye ointment ) every day wash your penis with some pressure water and apply neospirin.
don't go for circumscision it is not required and will not affect your married life either
