Please serious answers only. I am 40ish and was married for 18 years and my husband played with himself every day at least once in the morning and again at night -- he said it was something all men HAD to do -- and I always thought that was completely normal -- but now talking to other people, they are telling me that it is not normal. So -- Please no smart remarks -- I am seriously wanting to get a idea of what is the norm !

Everyone has a differant level of sex drive and obviously your husbands libido is high. Masturbation is not as satisfing as real intercourse. Help him by making love to him more to satisfy his hunger. You want an answer to see if this is normal. What is normal for one is not normal for another. If he was not to releave himself how would he be. He might be more angry, stressed, and verbally abusive. Maybe hes releaving himself so he doesnt constantly pounce on you, realizing your sex drive isnt as great as his and hes trying to have enough respect for you by leaving you be. Did you know a mans risk of heart attacks decrease greatly by having sex atleast twice a week. Leave him be and he can continue to make an income...LOL I know, no sarcastics answers...sorry.

I am 28 years old and i have been with the same girl for over ten years. At first when i was 18 years old we would have sex at least 5-6 times a week, and i would still stroke my meat sometimes when she was at work or at the store. But now we have kids and we still have sex at least 3 times a week i don't find that much time to play with myself, although i do sometimes pull the Johnson from time to time, but not like when i was young. I just have more things to do, and i have more things on my mind.

Twice a day is normal if you're a teenager and you're in prison. But a married man... he should be whacking one out about 3-4 times a week. The rest of the time he should have been shagging you.
Did you have sex with him? Coz if not then that would be a factor in him doing it so much. If not then the guy had issued...Or to put it another way, He was a wanker ;~)

I am 37 and have been married for 15 yrs..if i did maybe once a month...but me and the wife have sex 3-4 times a week
as being normal for men..not sure..I thought I was a normal man

Perhaps, twice a day was normal for your husband but twice a week would be normal for another.

I'm like your husband and do it whenever i get the chance, i have evn done it at work in the toilet. but if it makes you uncomfortable that he does it so much maybe you could offer to do it for him and learn to do it properly by letting himm help you. then you could show him what you enjoy and POW you could have a new and exciting lovelife after all these years

As often as is tolerated by the women in our lives. For you, that was twice a day. For others, it would be not until she's out of the house. It all depends I guess.
