Yes, of course, I was in a long distance relationship with a girl that lived across the globe during a good part of the time that I was with her, and yes, I did end up crossing the globe quite a bit for her.

You must go wherever your heart leads you. But in my case the answer is no. Unless I knew the person first, not just to meet them. I don't follow my nigglings too closely. If I did, I would have been the inventor of the shoes that light up, I had that idea long before they ever came out.
I would think it through wisely if I were you. Good Luck.

Been there.
Know how you feel.
Did it.
Went well.
Went bad.
However,
I now know
that I will never
have to wonder
what if?
And if I need
to do it again,
off I'll go.
Do it,
you live only
once,
and if it works,
marvelous,
if it doesn't,
other things
come with it
that will make
it well worth it.
From a 'true and tried'.

I guess since you used the word "ever," my answer is yes. In fact, I defrauded an airline once to get half way across the country to see her. If I new where to find her, I do it again.

How do you think I got my husband ? LOL !!!
He was in a traveling band, all over the US, Canada and Caribbean.
It gave me a REAL good reason to go see different places. Now...many moons later...here we are!
I KNEW it was worth my time !
If you do...GO FOR IT !!!!!
You only live once !

most definitely, if it is possible for you to do so, go for it. otherwise when you are old and wistful, you will always wonder what could have been if you had only taken a chance.
