Asthma, is like an allergy. Its like a mosquito bite, your skin will react, and it itch. So you can't really 'cure' it per say.

The on set of asthma varies from person to person, however a generic list to observe can be found on the net, dust, animal fur and etc, do trigger the on set of asthma.

Your immune system, reaction to these allergent is the cause of asthma, so, bolstering them will help you, Being healthy and be obervant to what you eat will help you in combating this health issue. Get you immune system up, and you will have less asthma attack. Have a good lifestyle, which include, balance diet, and exercise. and you will have less attack.

That's my experience.

There is no "cure" for asthma. Sometimes childhood asthma will go away as a person grows older but not due to any cure. Mild asthma is treated with a bronchodilator inhaler available by prescription that opens the airways to allow more air flow. The next step is to add a steroid inhaler to treat the inflammation which causes the airways to close. Other treatments involve avoiding triggers like smoke, dust, mites, pets etc.

There's no known or definite cure for asthma. Although, I knew this immunologist Dr. who used to treat patients by giving them intramuscular injections of small doses of allergens and he continued it for about 6 months or so. One of my classmates improved extensively because of it.
Unfortunately the Dr. died so I can't tell you how successful his treatment was for others but you can consider it.
Otherwise prevention is the best method. If you know what causes your asthma to aggravate then try your best to avoid those.
Besides that there are many new drugs which are good for asthma.
Although, I have seen cases where childhood asthma gets cured as they reach adulthood.

You need to make your body stop overresonding to allergens. That is what causes asthma attacks. There are 2 things you need to do first find safe home cleaning products such as those made by Melaleuca and start taking grape seed extract. It is a super antioxident and will get rid of the toxins in your body that are causing your body to over react to allergens. If this sounds like something you want to pursue I can help you like I have helped many others so feel free to contact me.
