why are my attachments in my email imbedded, how do i see the pics etc?

make sure your settings are set to accept html and the one sending you photos is sending them using html otherwise you will get the dreaded white blank box with the little red X in the upper left hand corner.

If you are in Yahoo Mail, cl Options.
cl General Preferences
Scroll down
If there is a checkmark in the box preceding "Block HTML Graphics from download" -- cl in the box to clear it.

Maybe your firewall is preventing it.
