I shopped around for one online and google just gave me a whole bunch of useless s**t so i was wondering if anyone on here has done it for there truck, car, vehicle, etc. if so, do you know how much it costs? i plan to put some train horns on my truck.

Cheap way to go is use an A/C compressor. You'll need a suitable air tank and a pressure regulator. I saw it done on a Ford Pickup a few years ago.
