He is 17, and hasn't had much interest in doing it until here lately. He was in alternative school last year.... and was very independent, and got very far behind. So, now he's back in high school because the school cut that program.....he has weight lifting, art and shop... so that helps.... but he still has a hard time goin there.

dont help him unless he comes up to you and asks for it. when you do help him, make sure he understands HOW you figured something out.

At seventeen he should be able to do it himself. Remember mommy won't always be around. There is huge different between doing his homework and helping him.
