It depends on whether you have filled the glass to half full or emptied half the water out of a full glass to make it half empty. Or you could say that the glass is full to the brim with water and air.

It is completely full. 1/2 with water and 1/2 with air. True, the air can easily be displaced, but the air molecules are taking up space in the glass, otherwise there would be nothing, and nothing cannot exist.

It all depends. This is an extremely contradicting question... I'd say neither or both. I believe there's a good and bad side or thing to or about someone or something. Water is heavier than air though. Yet, people breath so much air per minute, and there's still plenty of it left!

I see the glass as a potential trip to the emergency room. If I breath any of the air while I am drinking the liquid, the liquid will go down my windpipe and cause water on my lungs (technically pneumonia). Then I will have trouble breathing. --- go figure. ---- I did that with Niquill a few weeks ago. -- My doctor laughed and said "tequila down the windpipe would have hurt you even more". --- true story edit: Old age is Hell. It's half full because a person has to be optimistic not pessimistic about the way he/she sees things.
Good luck...

It's neither.
You left out the hydrogen.
Hydrogen is not "air".
Air is composed of many gases, not just hydrogen.
