""The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several States, and without regard to any census or enumeration."" - 16th amendment
The law clearly states that congress establishes the law so where is the law that stipulates we must pay taxes on our incomes ?
note : congress has never establishes any law that says we must pay it . if anyone can help me find it id be grateful .

I already quoted that amendment. you fail to realize that that only grants congress the power to create the law . that isnt the law itself .
article I in the constitution also states " To raise and support Armies, but no Appropriation of Money to that Use shall be for a longer Term than two Years;" does this mean we should have a draft in order ? no it only gives congress the power to establish it . the constitution in its own scope does not create law only grants powers to those who can .
