Or is it considered rude to discuss politics?

We have a general election coming up ion November of this year. I think it is still considered extremely gosh to discuss politics, for that we reason we don't discuss them, we cuss each other out, call each other names, try to shut each other up on Yahoo, and in general have a text war when possible. It is considered recreation.

Oh, wouldn't that be nice! I didn't know you could talk about anything other than the election in the weeks or months before!
It's all you see on tv and hear on the radio

Some do, but its way up there with religon for causing fights. Usually someone tell them to shut-up.

nah, there to busy bashing each other rather than talking the politics.....its like a giant jerry springer show, no one campaigns straight anymore.....
