If you have a headache, that's fine. But it's better not to use the Tylenol part of it if you don't need it.
Look at the ingredients on the bottles of most OTC sleep aids. It's usually an antihistamine (that they are just charging a lot more for.)
Get a store brand antihistamine and just take one instead of the two. You'll sleep well. (My sister's doctor told her this one.)
Another remedy is taking calcium with magnesium, when taken together, they won't make you sleepy, like where you cannot drive, but they "allow" your body to relax and sleep. I don't know how, I just know it works.
I have a "sleep machine". It is a white noise device that has a large variety of sounds. I bought it to drown out the noise of the barking dogs next door, but it puts me right to sleep at night.
Pleasant Dreams!

No I'm off everything. No nothing. Just tea. I was using vodka but it became a habit. Now I'm working on hubby. Everytime I say something I get the evil eye. Shoot I would be hooked on Tylenol PM. lol
It's true. I can't do nothing without getting use to it. SO I can't do nothing but sit up all night and get 2 hours of sleep.

I used to use Tylenol pm or what ever I had in the house at the time that caused drowsiness, but I've given all that up. I just pray for peace to fall asleep. So far it has been working.
