Haha...If it passes, it only applies to prisoners, NOT MINORS. They're also going to enforce in schools once they pass this, for kids to not tolerate this law and enhancely report parents if they start abusing them. Mentally torture them, like take away video games and such, but not physically.

Well you can already legaly brainwash your kids. So what would be wrong with a little torture? And remember that when religion is finished with us we will all be able to rape children and when Islam takes over we will be able to cut off our kids arms for takeing thing that is not theirs.. You know like being hungary and taking food that kind of thing.
