Yes.
The longer the Europeans get used to the degree of unification they have (such as it is) & see that it does not impinge upon their freedoms, the more comfortable they will get with the unavoidability of their common interests, the unity of their common values & the seriousness of their common problems. What has happened so far in such a short time has been nothing less than remarkable, especially given the bloody wars of Europe's past.

Ah, that's fun, no response here, but a lot if you ask for love issues...
I'm french, and I'm sure that we will have a European Constitution, but it'll take a lot of time, because people can be quite stubborn here!
They need to be really convinced, and we have no glamourous politician to make us see all the good things in it.
And as we are quite pessimitic, afraid for the worse, it will be hard work, but this constitution is a good thing and Europe is present in our daily lives...
