Here in germany it's still not common, and I sometimes feel like a freak wearing them. And I think they're so cute, no matter if they're blue or red ore striped...
How is it where you come from?
And why are they so "uncool" if they look cool and feel great on your skin?

Judging on your photo I say you would look good in whatever you choose to wear. As far as the hose goes.... most people don't wear colored ones.... but I say go ahead as long as it matches what you are wearing and doesn't look slutty.

Coloured pantyhose are totally cool here in Australia. Most of the fashion stores sell coloured striped ones, and bright blue, yellow, red, green ones. I have some burgundy ones and some white ones, the white ones haven't really caught on here yet but I love them. The trend has gone towards a more punk sort of look with the teenagers here, so those pantyhose are very popular, as are lace patterned ones.

Here in America I haven't really seen many people wearing them but I think they look cool. I think most people just don't put a lot of effort into their style these days and that's why everything is expected to be so plain. I hate trends anyway and always just buy what I like!

Yes, I like coloured pantyhose. Just not on me. Maintain your fashion instinct. Confidence and self-determination are more attractive than succumbing to the vacuous world of 'fashion'. Good on you for being an individual and continue being yourself.
Australia has a fine tradition of 'bohemian' fashion. We have designers like Collette Dinnigan and Allanah Hill who embrace coloured stockings!

Know I don't like pantyhose,for one thing,I wear seam stockings,and suspenders,a girdle.I personally don't like the way they fit,and I feel its not sexty,where I feel more sexty in stockings and garters.If you never tried stockings,try them,and watch,how many heads turn,your way,and I mean you'll love it.Trust me.

Not very big over here in canada, unless you are into the "punk" look otherwise women do the naural look...nothing or nude, black, nightshade

from most men point of view, black and gray looks more classic and elegant. other colors, especially bright colors, are not as cool unless the whole outfit is puckish. but then your hair should match.
