If I take a bunch of painkillers will I still feel it?

No! pain fillers wont work its going to hurt no matter what. Its like been pricked by a thorn over and over i had one done on the back of my calf that hurt but not enough to make me cry or get up and move my partner got one done around the top of his arm which went around the inside of his arm the inside part is the bit that hurts the most and he was really wasted and it still really ******* hurt. The other place is the ribs area, spine, lips, head (wheres there's less fat) hope this helps

I have several "tough spot" tattoos including inside my bicep and across my shin bone, but the most painful so far was a big one on the top of my foot. All of these are roughly hand size tattoos except the inside of my lower lip. Inking up most of my inner palm soon.

i would guess that the front of the neck, the underside of your arm, inner thigh, and genitalia would all be pretty painful.
i would recommend waiting until after you get the tattoo before you get hopped up on pain killers. if you go into the parlor acting weird, the tattoo artist may refuse to do a tattoo on you. they're not supposed to have anyone under the influence in their chair.
good luck with the tattoo. you will find that it doesnt hurt as bad as you think that its going to.

The painfull places are: around in/or your private areas, under your arm, inside your mouth, on your eye lids, on your testicles, behind your ears and on the lower side of your back.
And NO!, the pain killers won't help you much. But good luck in your decision. Don't say I didn't warned you.

Meriam is right... the ribcage. Yeah, you'll feel it. Painkillers will just make you bleed to death.
I have a huge tattoo on my upper back, quit being a p ussy.

I heard the most painful is on the side of your body, next to your rib cage (under your arm). I also heard that the lower back is pretty painful too, since that's where all of your nerve endings are.
Ps. Yes, you will most certainly still feel it.

I have heard the ankle, but I would think fingers and toes since there are so many nerves there.
