you could put out (but usually only leads to loss of self esteem).

It is hard to make someone like you. I don't know. Just be really sincere and friendly with him. Don't act desperate.

hang out with him alot more and flirt with him and slip it in that u like him now and again

also wear some semi revealing clothing guys like that
