It is ironic that the pope made a comment about the original muslims being violent so to prove him wrong, some muslims gun down a defenseless nun and firebomb some christian churches. Boy, that should convince the world the pope he was wrong! NOT!

I will concede it is most likely a minority of muslims who did those things, but others can accuse christians of all sorts of things and I don't hear of acts of violence from the christians. They might get vocal and march in the streets but to go out and kill people because someone made a derogatory remark is ridiculous. It serves to prove the point the pope made.
It reflects badly on all muslims and you would think the religious muslim leaders would counsel their followers on how to disprove the pope rather than show the world he may have been correct.

There are peaceful muslims out there, but then you have the extremists, who hate us and everything we stand for. I am a born-again Christian, but I don't push my faith on others. What I do is plant seeds. I understand your anger toward them, but if you want to kill them, then you have just as much hatred than they do.
