you shouldnt get any surgeries in any where in asias cus theyre not really good doctors , some of those kinds doctors can be all fakes and hadnt went to school to study learning any thing about how to take care what they should know . my aunt who live in south korea she had her neck done by the wrong sugerier who got in trouble cus he wasnt the real doctor and he just used all of ppl money to use it for something else . . but he end up in jail cus he damaged my aunt neck . she usedo had a big hole in her neck and she needed get it fix so she went and tried this asian doctor to help her but then after she end up having worst sored neck . now she doesnt have a neck . i cant believe why ppl want have any sugery you dont need to be look prefect then any body else .

Don't do it! It's too dangerous. You could end up with erectile dysfunction or even have to have your penis surgically removed. Be happy with what you have!
