I get alot of wind noise when I get on the highway

you need to replace the hinge pins the hinge it self is welded from the factory on the pillar and the door there for it is not ajustable this was a comon thing with the hinge pin desine the pins would weaken over time from the wait of the door pulling out ward and down making the door sit funny them thing rub paint comes off you got moisture in the car you know all the good stuff

Check for worn hinge pins.
The adjuster is on the door jam.
If the door glass has a frame, just put glass down and pull the top of the door frame in towards the inside.

an easier thing to do would be to put new bushings in the hinges ,,that's whats causing it to do that,,adjusting it might make it not shut properly,and you may still have the wind noise,,i own a repair shop,,and if you want to adjust it you can,,but the bolts are hard to get to on it,,and it may have weld on hinges on it,all the blots on the door will have to be loosened up on it,,and it will have to be moved up about a little to make it shut good,,good luck with it,i hope this help,s.
