Okay, It's just a normal letter. I went to UPS right now and it said .39....that's odd.

So if I put two stamps i'll be fine, right? Oh, and thank you!!!

39c is the correct rate for sending a letter weighing not over one ounce anywhere in the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska. The answerer who wrore 37c is incorrect - the rate went up to 39c in January and will probably go up again to 42c sometime next year - date not yet announced.

Using two stamps will not make your letter go faster. You need 39c in postage, and it doesn't matter how MANY stamps you use as long as they total at least 39c.

I don't know why people will answer a factual question with incorrect information, but it does happen, and it happened here.

It depends on the weight of the letter.......If it is a standard letter, a 37 cent stamp will do........If it's heavier or the envelope is stuffed, put two stamps on it just to be safe..........

Ummm...only 1. You would only need more than one stamp if the envelope is too heavy

IF IT IS OVER THE STANDARD SIZED ENVELOPE YOU TAKE IT TO THE DESK AND THEY WILL WEIGH IT AND PRINT A STICKER FOR IT.
