Sounds to me like you are worring about it too much! You may just be getting ready to start your period.
If you have been sexually active lately - that could lead to stress, which could delay or even make you miss a period. Stress (from premenstral symptoms and/or from an active premartial sex life) can lead to a change in your eating habits. You may feel like eating more or less at times.
Also alot of young girls will even miss periods from time to time and/or have rough premenstral cramps until their bodies get mature enough to regulate itself.
Stress could be coming from the physical and emotional changes your body is going through.
You SHOULD see a doctor if you are sexually active to learn how to protect yourself from unwanted pregnancy and sexually transmitted diseases. Taking care of your body is a very important role you have when you decide to become sexually active! Many states have health departments or clinics that are state funded and offer free or low cost services which could include exams , pregnancy testing , birth control, etc.. etc..
I have heard of women having symptoms as early as one week but it is very rare! One of the first things I remember noticing about my body (before I realized I was pregnant) was that my breasts were fuller, and my abs and stomach felt tighter than normal - when you are pregnant the blood flow usually increases around your vaginal area and abodmen - I felt good and was happy to finally be getting some breasts! Boy was I in for a surprise!

I have never heard of getting symptoms within the first week or two. I have heard of knowing three days after your first period. You are either scared of being pregnant or want to be so bad that every stomach ache makes you think you are. To know what else could be the problem there needs to be more detail.

LOL! you are not pregnant. those are not pregnancy symptoms. And it is rare but there are women who become pregnant and still get their periods like normal for up to 4 months. Yes you can get pregnancy symptoms that soon. They would be fatigue, nasuea, sore breasts, and some cravings.
