No Rally Sport pkg on vettes. They are all rally sport cars! Camaro had this pkg. The only type of sport pkg offered by Corvette is the RPO Z51 or Z52 suspension upgrades. You can tell by the VIN. This option had beefier shocks among other differences than the standard vette. According to the site below...
The 1976 Corvette used the same steering wheel as a Chevrolet Vega for the "Sport Wheel" ... using a unidirectional 17" wheel as an option with RP0 Z51 and Z52

My dad own;s a 1976 Vette. It's a Stingray with a L-88 (350). If it was a Rally Sport package. It would say Rally Sport on the side. I don't think they made them that year.

Not to mention you won't get a report and you won't get an answer if you try to call for a refund.
