It was a nice run while it lasted. But if there hitting dont catch on fire like now, Yes I do belive it is over. I am a SOX fan but I also know when it is over. Unlike those other fans that we have to the north of us.

Sad to say, but the White Sox are dead. Too much inconsistency from starting pitchers. Too many injuries in the bullpen, and an offensive slump at just the wrong time.
The Twins will win the division. Detroit gets the wild card and enjoys yet another playoff disappointment, just like the Dead Wings and Pistons. Yankees and Twins in the ALCS with the Yankees winning.

The Tigers not only sent a message, but delivered it with such force and venence!
It's really very funny that the whinny sux have beaten The Tigers 11 times this season, and still are 6 games behind.
Either the whinny sux are that bad (they are) or The Tigers are just that good (they are).
It's funny I asked a similiar question earlier.

And The Tigers have to go 6-6 in order for the white sox to tie The Tigers.
