If it is a computer(not laptops) there are several ways to reset the CMOS(Complimentary Metal Oxide Semiconductor) password.
1. unplug the power supply open the cabinet and check for the CMOS battery and remove it and leave aside for 5 to 10 min and replace the battery again.
2. Check for the jumper in the manual and reset as advised in it differs for each motherboard manufacturer.
3. While turning the power to your computer hold the keys 'f' and 'j' until all the motherboard settings or reset to factory settings(works with some mother board manufacturers not with all).

Else its a laptop if you are ready to break the warranty claim rules then you can also follow the same steps 1 and 2.

You're gonna have to reset the CMOS.. open up the computer and look for a button on the board for resetting it... if you cant find one, unplug the power off the computer and remove the CMOS battery on the board..
