I find that there are lot of TV shows are making white men are studid or funny,and the women are smart,why?it is that hide some North American culture?

Because the stupid clutsy white man is funny when humiliated...
those men actually they hold a lot of cards, so it's a role-reversal that works for comedy. The more pompous and uptight white men are, the more power they have.

This is an interesting question. It is part of English culture to poke fun at authority figures and white American males probably represent authority to most cultural groups.

The same reason people think that "reality" shows are"reality". People are stupid!! Intelligent people, white men included, would not go on these shows.
