The appeals court agreed to rehear the arguments to re-instate the charges that had been dropped. (news item of about 4 days ago) Things move at a tectonic pace in this particular realm of the judicial system. He has never left the Washington area, he only reluctantly comes back here (Texas) when he has a court date, or fundraisers. He no longer lives here, thankfully, good riddance to bad rubbish.
