Well, take a cotton ball and soak it in alcohol, and then rub it on your face. When the alcohol dries, how does your skin feel? It will feel tight and dry. The same goes for your insides, the alcohol essentially dries up tissue. Especially in the brain, that's why you have a headache from drinking too much.

Alcohol is a diuretic. That means it makes you want to pee. You pee, so you run out of liquids in your system.
Drink water to compensate and stop drinking so much alcohol.
