I'm a 25 years young, but I'm old enough to know my love for her was real, and she convinced me that she loved me too. For three years we had more good times then bad in our relationship, it wasn't perfect it was good for me. Our love was never in question, and thats why it's hard to get over this. I tried to be the best guy I could possibly be, I would admit to mistakes I've made, and work on them. Her biggest complaint was that I didn't trust her to go out by herself. It wasn't a trust issue, she's a small girl, she likes to have a few drinks and it hits her fast, I just worried about her without me, too much I know now. Its been 3 months after she left me, she wanted her indepence, shes been going out with friends and doing good. I'm trying to moveon without her, but she calls me on a daily basis, and we go have lunch or a drink. She doesn't want a relationship right now, and in my heart I don't want to let her go, I still love her. What do I do????

Yeah, love is like a see-saw. Do it without a partner and you'll land on your ***.

Seriously, go find another nice girl. If this girl was the "one" then nothing will stop her from coming back to you.

But you'll get old a lot quicker if you worry about it. Try to be resilient. Go out and put a smile on your face and you'll find it's not so bad after all. Imagine all you learned about love, and give it to the next girl in your life. Don't miss out on something good by pining over the last one.

man its da 21 first centuary, girl just wanna have fun but too much fun can lead else where. my first love took everything i had and gave it to the next ***** that i encounter in a gas station that was tring to hit on me i see my ring that i had gave( my first love) her that she claim she lost, my advice to you is take your time it isn't that easy to get over some 1 that you have love for years, but if you don't see a future don't stay stuck in one pace b/c of her as you can see she out having fun doing things that she hasn't done b4. i'm not trying to hurt you its da truth. you go and hang out with ur friends do the same i tell you you'll be up and about with som1 else you wont remember anything keep ur self busy. like i say guy dont stop ur life for no 1 i know it hurt but time will only tell, she has moved on for now. you stay there and dwell on your love for her and it dosen't come back ur in for more heartaches

Give her some room and time, you both need it. It is nice that you are such a caring person, the downside is you will hurt and care more than most.

You should too controlling. Women don't like controlling guys alright. Give her space if she truely loves you she'll come around. If you push it and rush her she'll never be yours. Get it.
