Prepare to give Blood , Sweat & Tears !
Prepare to work 14 hrs a day 7 days a week ....
And argue with customers who would like to return a head of Lettuce they bought a week ago for 39 Cents.....
I can reccomend less painfull tortures.....

First find a grossary realtor and he will help you find a grossary store? Then he will charge you a grossary store finders fee, which can be pretty gross. Then you go ahead and buy and sell your grossary to your grossary customers. You then make some grossary money and pay the grossary taxes on it.

What type of gross stuff do you want to sell in your grossary store? I would check to see if your area has a need for gross stuff. Then find a gross store location. And sell your gross stuff at grossly inflated prices.

a grocery store? or a glossary store? For a grossery store I'd imagine you could buy up all the bad produce from the other neighborhood outlets. That would be pretty gross. HA
