It's the movie with the last two episodes on it when the Third Impact starts but does Shingi choose for the world to go on living or to Destroy it???? I kinda got confused toward the END!!!!

Correction: Its the movie that replaces the last 2 episodes. In the movie he decided to reject human instrumentality, so that everyone was an 'individual' again. In episode 25 and 26 however he accepts it.

Cowpoke gets it. The creator of NGE said he was suffering from severe depression when he finished the final 2 episodes. Later on, after he recovered he saw how confusing those last two episodes were and filmed Death of Evangelion to replace the final episodes.

lol not surprising as you will get many answers here alone, Shinji chose to be the new adam and eve, (Poor poor asuka) but take notice Asukas Eyes are the color of motokos, and she has a bandage over her arm, which is how rie appeared the first time shinji saw her. This is more than a coincidence no?
