Absolutely! I will be buried in Louisiana also. I haven't lived in by birth town since I was a lit'l girl tho. Lived in Texas for 1yr. Lived in Florida for 5yrs(took a lit'l time to readjust) While I was in the Air Force. Ended up back in the small town I was raised in for 12yrs. Something about the security of a small town where you know a lot of townspeople. It has its drawbacks tho, no decent schools, malls, movie theaters, skating rinks, bowling alleys etc.Nothing for youngsters to do except get into trouble. The crime rate has gone up and we have lost a bit of the sense of security that we once had with the influx of Katrina victims and migrant workers(hired by neighboring parish sweet potato farmer)It will always feel like home to me tho.

I've never lived in my birth state. As soon as I was born in NJ, I was put in foster care in NY and became a resident of NY State.

Yes I do. I haven't always, but for most of my life I've been here. I like Ohio, and I plan on being here for awhile, if not forever. Also, my family is for the most part here, and it's nice to be close.
