te amo means i love you
Mi vida means my life...
so he's basically saying that he loves you and that you are his life i guess

It's Spanish and it literally translates to:
"I love you my life".
Though he probably meant to say:
"I love you, you are my life".
I can say this because my mother is from a Spanish - speaking country and my father, well, I think he's from another planet.
