1) Don't wait for her to change

2) Document things she says.

3) Try to keep your conversations and meetings with her as public as possible, so that others witness her words. Avoid one on one meetings with her, like the plague.

4) Get a department transfer

5) Follow up any conversations with emails and then bcc any contacts that you want to witness what she may have said and what she replies.

6) Never let on that you know she is stupid and/or a liar.

7) Don't antagonize her by forcing her to admit when she is wrong. That will only cause the viper to bite.

8) Start submitting incriminating documentation to Human Resources. Mail it to them anonymously if you don't want to actually visit the office.

9) Pray for her death--not really, but don't you wish that you could?

Points 1-8 should really help though. Here's hoping.

Sound like my boss!

You must learn how to cover your back.

Must be very careful, try not to make mistake. One mistake she will blame everything on you.

Example, Save any email, written message by her, if she ask you to do something. Must try to have all the black and white. So that she can't said she didn't say that or tell you to do it.
